Mission
Strengthen the quality of the informational environment.
Vision
We want society to make decisions based on facts, data, and evidence. For this reason, we help build a news ecosystem of high journalistic and scientific rigor that promotes the construction of communities through barrier-free interaction between researchers, academics, journalists, and the audience, strengthening mutual trust, increasing engagement, and reducing news avoidance.
Values
- Trust (in people and in information);
- Democratic appreciation (after all, reliable information strengthens democracy);
- Transparency (in relationships, in information, and in company operations);
- Welcoming (to all audiences; in the possibility of publishing, freely expressing ideas);
- Security (use of data, disclosure of information, freedom of expression);
- Respect (for differences, for others' opinions, for good coexistence, for each person's freedoms);
- Free expression of ideas (comfort to express what one thinks);
- Responsibility (to comply with laws and rules);
- Culture of feedback and sincerity (among all members; speaking openly about errors and learnings);
- Creativity (insights, which will be facilitated by the culture of feedback and openness to talk about errors and learnings);
- Common sense (to guide all internal and external attitudes, personal and collective).
